I've always been someone who's worked beter with groups than on my own. I'm very familiar and aware of my own energy so bringing in different "flavours" always makes things more interesting for me.

A couple of years back I ran a small Developement Circle in Dublin and had a great time doing it. I got to meet new people and learned how others deal with their awareness and spirituality. It ran its course and came to a natural end were I think everyone was happy with how it went.

I've come to a place now were I feel its time to start something again and it seems the time is right for a number of other people. I'm looking at spaces and have had alot of interest so with a plan in mind its looking like this will kick-off towards the end of January 2009.

The areas I'm interested in looking at are:

• Opening Up & Closing Down
• Increased Awareness
• Working with Energy
• Working with Colour
• Psychomotry

I'm keeping it simple because once the basics are established people will find their own way of working.

Hopefully it will work as well as last time and with a completely new group of people I'm excited about a great mix of people and experiences.

A chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disc and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column. Generally, six of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead. And the seventh which is beyond the physical region. It is the six major chakras that correlate with basic states of consciousness.
This idea works well for me and while I wouldnt sign up to any one train of thought, its a system which I can focus on. And focus is key.
